A Jolly Holliday

Halloween 2009

Festive Digs

This weekend a life long dream of mine was realised when I dressed up as my childhood heroin and all time favorite movie character, Mary Poppins. I was able to convince John to follow suit and be Bert, the chimney sweep. Cohen was a penguin, (you know the sidewalk chalk scene where they dance with penguins). I loved dressing up, the only way to describe it is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

my costume is Practically Perfect in every way

Mornin Gov'nuh

John insisted on speaking with a horrible cockney accent. Sadly it was still better than Dick Van Dyke's.

Birds of a feather

Uncle Cory and Cohen

You know, you *can* say it backwards, which is "docious-ali-expi-istic-fragil-cali-rupus" - but that's going a bit too far, don't you think?

Indubitably! Love your Halloween theme.

Looking good!!! :) Caitlyn can now say "M-ar Poppins" and "Burp" thanks to a fabulous Aunt and Uncle. :)

As an ESL teacher I should say, even non-native speakers can produce a better cockney accent than Dick Van Dyke.

You guys sure do look cute together though.
