NOT COOL:
So apparently on 11/7 I was having contractions which caused part of my placenta to detach, hence the awesome bracelet.
COOL: The hide-a-toilet in the hospital room.
NOT COOL: BEDREST (for 2 weeks)
(I was not worried at all during this whole debacle. I was calm I knew that everything would be OK however I lost is when I was told I would be on bed rest. Honestly, with the exception of the baby not being OK this is the worst thing that I could have been told.)
COOL:
- A wonderful mother and mother-in-law who each came for a week to take care of me and keep me company.
- Fabulous friends who brought yummy lunches, dinners, and snacks but best of all good company and conversation.
- I can go back to work and slowly ease back into normal activities. I still have to take it easy though.
VERY COOL: A big healthy baby still in utero

I am so glad to hear that you are alright. Bedrest...not cool. I can't even imagine having to do that...AND chase around 4 other kiddos!! Glad things are better. Tell little Casper to hang on! You want a healthy baby boy!! So excited for you!!

I'm so glad you are able to ease back into normal life...bedrest would be SO hard!! Also, Casper is so cute already.
Dang...it extended to two weeks?! Not cool! The rest of the prego is going to fly---the holidays will keep you so busy, and he'll be here before you know it!!
he kind of looks like john...also it looks like he's wearing a shirt. maybe your baby is a never-nude.
