If you love pumpkin, these are delicious and EASY!
PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 box Spice Cake Mix
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. chocolate chips ( I add more)
Heat oven to 350.
Mix 3 ingredients.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam and drop dough by spoonfuls.
Bake 12-15 min.

I love this recipe...it's not too bad for you either (in comparison to other cookies anyway). I'll have to try it with spice cake mix, I usually use carrot, but I think your way would taste better :)
I just made these the other day...I'm surprised at you, Iron Chef! Aren't you supposed to cook only complicated recipes? This makes me feel a little better about myself actually!
I love you LeeElle! I remebered these from previous years and bought all the ingredients this week, but I couldn't remember the proportions--Now I know :-)
